On draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark cola with a medium sized beige head. Aroma of dark malts, cocoa, chocolate and light coffee notes. Taste of dark malts, roasted malts, chocolate, cocoa and a hint of coffee.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a dark clear brown with a small light tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, charred malt, hint of coffee, light chocolate. Flavor of bitter coffee, Parmesan cheese and charred/roasted malt. Maybe a hint of maple? And some crockery malt as the beer warms. A very complex porter. 7/4/8/4/15 (3.8/5)
