FIRST rating of this! On tap at Earth. Slightly bitter, yeasty, harsh, cider-like aroma. A sweet, buttery saison, with a touch of spice. Sweet, buttered popcorn flavor, with some honey. Is that diacetyl? I am not enough of a brewer to go on about diacetyl, but this didn’t really do it for me.
