13 oz. draft at brewpub. Poured dark brown in color with a small off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is more hoppy then expected. Notes of toasted malts, caramel, grapefruit, and floral hops. Tastes of toffee, citrus hops, caramel, and nuts. Quite a nice hoppy brown.

Tap at Earth. Pours a deeper brown with amber notes and smaller bubbly tan head that laced. Aroma of toasted malt, nuts, caramel, tobacco and citrusy/floral hops. Flavor of toffee, hops, toasted malt and caramel.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark maple mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma of bitter hops, light grapefruit and wood. Taste of bitter hops, mild grapefruit, candied malt and brown wood.

On draft at the brewpub. Had the remainder of Adrian’s glass. Pours a dark, clear mahogany colour with red undertones and a cream coloured head. Aroma of wood, candied malt, cocoa powder, lactose, and funk. Flavour of candied malts, wood, and funk.

Draft. Pours brown with an off white head. Light roasty aroma with a solid dose of floral hops. The flavor brings a refreshing blast of floral/citric hops, lighter notes of roasted malts, and a light sweetness. Really good.

Dark brown with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, nuts, caramel, toast, and roasted malts. Taste of caramel, nuts, resin, citrus, roast, woody, and some vanilla, with a bitter finish.
