COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tom Selleck’s investigation shows that this is an easy drinking pale ale for the warm weather. The use of Magnum hops gives it a nice clean bitterness.

In short: A basic full body fruity pale ale
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Clear golden-blond body topped by a very small white head
In long: Smooth nose of citrusy hops with a focus on apricots. Taste has basic soft bready pale malts, a bit of bread dough, apricots, a touch of honey. Bitterness level is in the low-medium range. This is a well brewed, really soft and well balanced pale ale that might be a bit too soft for the hophead that I am. A good beer from Earth, the brewpub with an environmental consciousness, and my rating was uploaded using 100% recycled electrons.

Draught at Earth during the Thursday pre-RBSG gathering. Poured a deep gold body and a small frothy white head. Aroma of crisp hops, bran flakes, honey and grass. Medium bodied with stronger carbonation and a quick fading after taste. Flavor of very crisp grains and slight sweetner, hops were crisp but blended into the malts nicely. Still just an Ahhhh beer.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours a light hazy golden with a minimal white lace. Nose is fruity, earthy, grain. Earthy, light pine, clean bitterness. A little light and watery, but very sessionable.
