Poured a dark brown / red color with a medium sized, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of cocoa, caramel malts, citrus, yeast, and light spices. Taste of raisins, some roast, a bit of cocoa, citrus, and a dry finish.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma of shrubbery, earth, light spice and watery malt. Taste of light malt, belgian yeast, light candied sugar and a hint of banana.

Tap at Earth. Pours a deep amber almost grown with a medium creamy/bubbly off white head that laced. Aroma of cocoa, toasted malt, light Belgian yeast esters, toffee and earthy. Flavor of cocoa, pretzels, nuts, toffee, light Belgian yeast, nice and dry and full of flavor for such a low abv beer.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours brown with a thin tan head. The flavor is malty, with toasted bread and brown rice. The flavor is again malty, with toast, brown rice, brown sugar, and a quick dry finish. Certainly not bad, and at the very least, interesting.
