COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A malty-sweet, hazy, golden ale brewed with English malts and earthy UK hops. It’s fermented with an old school English dry yeast strain that produces a soft finish. Thanks to Chris Simpson for the name.

On draft at Earth. Pours a cloudy golden honey amber with a might beige/off white color. Aroma of honeysuckle, caramel malt and fruit. Taste of caramel malt, honeysuckle, fruit punch and honey biscuits.

Tap at Earth. Pours a hazy golden orange with a smaller off white head. Aroma of sweet malt, molasses, earthy hops and toffee. Flavor of sweet toffee malt, cinnamon, earthy noble hops and molasses. Nice dry finish.
