Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A pale amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of butter and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as a touch of butter.

Cask @ The New Oxford, Salford. Manchester M3. Pours a pale amber color wit a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty slightly toasted aroma with some hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty caramel flavor with some bitter hints. Fruity malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, caramel, apple, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20090121]
