2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from ed through local beer trade... Amber in color, smells malty not much hops to speak of in aroma or taste. More of a light amber ale than an ipa. Ed said he drain poured his but I will probably drink it, it’s not terrible just a bad example of an ipa.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle, screw-top. Nose is lightly dank, juicy-rindy, woody but not preponderant with pine. Sweet and estery. Pours hazy, particulate bright orange with a rocky beige head, some yellow. Taste lightly sweet, yeasty, lightly bitter, some etoh showing but not much, lots of interesting floral and highly vegetal notes, getting green and very much planty notes from the hops, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing necessarily, works fine here. Minty with faint numbing, faint resin, faint spice. Medium body a little soapy but somewhat refreshing, still carries enough naked citrus to save the day. This one probably won’t ever be highly rated, but it pulled off its job -- barely -- with character.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pale hazy golden color, minimal head. Aroma of hop, pine, spice, lemon, perhaps some peppercorns. Thin body. Pretty dull but I’ve had worse in the IPA category.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Musty aroma, medium body, average foamy head. Sharp flavors and a lingering finish. Not a good choice in IPAs

1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Drank from the bottle. Smells of rotten cherries, oranges, and lemon. Taste is weak, not much bitterness comes through, very malty, it is way to sweet for an IPA. Thin mouth feel, low carbonation. Not something I will seek out again.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Gennesee huh? Bummer. Little white head fades quick. Amber/copper color, little hazy, lotsa chunks left behind. Mild nose of old malts and some more old malts. Body is almost medium a little astringent. Stale malts, fairly dry, soapy and dusty, slight pine and something else, cardboard? Dry, crusty finish. Bottle from statelineliquors. Not necessary.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours straw yellow with minimal aroma-mostly hay. Slight bitter ending. Otherwise a weak IPA. Slight lemon and hay flavor upfront. Kind of watery.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
9/7/13 bottle from ken. Sitting out front. It's an ipa according to the label but not a whole lot to this. Mild bitterness. He'll mild taste. Almost feels like its watered down

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Decent, has more of a double ipa base without the backbone... Fairly simple pallette with copper aftertaste
