Cask. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt as well as a touch of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and sulphur, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Cask. Hazy yellow with no head. Yeast and phenols in the nose. Watery and flat, some fruit and astringently phenollic - a fermentation error or the Atlas hops? Dunno, but it ain’t pretty for sure. Dry and astringent finish. 210110

Light light unclear light to medium yellow color with a small average, fizzy, virtually none fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, chlorine, light moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100121]
