Dark brown color with red hue; small creamy head. Aroma of dark fruits, dark malts. Sweet flavor, caramel and light sourness, some dark fruits; low bitterness and quite high alcohol presence, boozy. Weird.

swing top. massively carbonated gusher. reddish brown with massive head. aroma of clove, banana, other spice and some big sugars. flavor is similar, cloying, and riddled with belgian candied sugars.

First batch. Very nice aroma, plum, raisin, alcohol and mild fruity character. Dark coppery brown, hazy to murky, with thin off-white to light tan lacing head. Medium to heavy body with heavy carbonation, and alcohol warming. Starts and stays pretty sweet, with plum, raisin, alcohol, and macerated raisins. Smooth sweet finish with light bitterness and lasting sweet raisin-plum after. Short of cloying.

Clear dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, berry - fruit ripped, dark malt, sweet ? phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110918]
