12 oz. Draft at The Library. A decent wheat. Hazy golden pour with a big frothy head, quick to dissolve to a film. A little less than medium palate. Banana note, spice, clove.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft from the brewery. Iím always torn about this one. Itís just not quite what Iím looking for in a hefeweizen, seems to be a tad high in alcohol and tending more towards a weizenbock in my general opinion. It is straight up hefeweizen in pour and appearance, but the cloves, herbs, and again alcohol just come on a bit strong in my opinion.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft Sample @ Brewery. Growler Hours. Poured hazy yellow. Big white fluffy head. Aroma of banana notes, light citrus, sweet bread. Flavor was sweet in the front. Banana notes, citrus notes, pepper, floral notes all mesh very well. Medium bodied. Nicely balanced and complex. Nice finish with spices tingling my tongue. Creamy mouthfeel. Easily could drink this all day.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the Pints for Pets Brewfest. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Smells of banana bread and spices. Thin, bubbly mouthfeel. Spicy, bready sweet taste with strong clove and banana notes. Quite drinkable. Iím not a fan of wheat beers for the most part, but this one was damned tasty. One of the best American wheats Iíve had in a long time.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a beautiful hazy yellow. Just the right amount of carbonation, taste of bannana, with a slight taste of vanilla. Kudos to Scott for making this one. Not a bad bubblegum beer if I ever had one!

Tried at Jerome Bettis Grille 36 at the recommendation of the waitress. Slightly lighter in color, but refreshing on a warm day, as we were dining outside.
