Sampled at the brewery. Pours a light gold color with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, and wheat. Flavor of hops and wheat with a bitter finish

Growler from brewery. Hazy, dark straw-yellow body with average frothy white head. Aroma of pine and citrus hops with a little earthiness. Flavor starts out slightly wheaty but is overpowered by piney hops. Interesting but I’d like to try this with a bit more balance.

Draft @ Capones. Hazy orange color with a small-medium head. Aroma was extremely hoppy with lots of pine + some sweet malts (wheat barely detectable). Taste was heavy with citrus and pine hops and just a bit of wheat - not bad as an experiment, but not the greatest result. I’m thinking a heavier wheat sweetness with a subtler hop addition would have produced better results. Nice to try.

On tap. Poured a medium yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of wheatiness, earthy and citrus. Tastes of pretty much the same. This one gave me some nice hop burps though. American wheats aren’t my farvorites but I found this one quite drinkable.

Draft at Capone’s. Very turbid, almost mud puddly medium tan pour with minimal off-white head. The aroma is hugely resiny and hoppy, with some wheaty malt and slight fruit wafts. The taste is very hoppy, balanced well by the wheat/malt, and some finishing citrus. I thought this was very good, but I understand the gripes of the purists as well.

On tap at Capone’s, with the Mad Indian. Pours an orange/yellow/golden and opague.(like an orange juice with dirt in it pretty cool looking). The aroma is of citrus, fruit, and hops. The flavor is citrus, fruit, wheat, with a nice hoppy blast. Unique! not great, but i will always remember this one.

On tap at capones, sampled with Stegosaurus. Hazy yellow thick pour. Mild citrus aroma. Blast of hops and wheat in taste. Not a bad brew at all.

On tap at the Map Room. Nice head yellowish haze pour. Aroma of fruit. Taste is hoppy bet yet diluted with a wheat flavor.
