Feb 21, 2008 Poured a hazy, reddish golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of earth, yeast, citrus, and light cherry. Taste of citrus fruits, yeast, light grassy bitterness, and a bit of tart cherry in the finish.

Jan 12, 2008 Pours pale/golden yellow. Aroma of sour cherries and tastes the same. Like the regular grisette, this is new and unique to me and I enjoyed it very much.

Dec 29, 2007 Updated: Jan 13, 2008On tap at the East End Brewery. Poured from a pitcher that had been sitting for a while. Slight hint of tart sweetness in the aroma. Looks like a light brownish wheat beer of sorts, hazy. Absolutely flat, probably from it sitting in the pitcher, I’ll have to try this again in the future. Some amount of tartness on the palate and it does of course have a mild cherry flavor. Grassy saison background. An interesting variation on a session brew. Fun and friendly. Note: Re-tasted fresh from the tap at the brewery 1/12/08, carbonation was much better!
