Pours a cloudy amber color. Not much aroma. Taste had a faint fruity flavor. Seemed somewhat weak and blah. Not really much to speak of. I was expecting some tartness and fruit but didn’t get much of anything.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a murky orange-apricot color with a medium sized foamy white head that left moderate lacing. The aroma was tart citrus and vague berry. The flavor was tart yet dry with vague berry, cracker and yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sample at East End on 8/1/15. Chunky gold pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma of strawberry, spicy rye and sweet malt. Flavor is the same creamy (almost buttery) fruit flavor I get out of most strawberry beers along with a spicy rye finish.

On tap at East End. Light pale straw colored pour. Wheat aroma with a slight hint of strawberry. Not much there at all in terms of strawberry. Crisp and refreshing with a slight rye spice. Nice for a hot day by the pool.

This poured a semi cloudy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was mild wheaty notes, really not that much else pretty subdued. Flavor was much the same, griany, wheaty, light spiciness, East End House Character, and very light strawberry notes, only if you look for it. OK
