Commercial Description:
I knew you wouldn’t forget our anniversary! Three malts, three hops, and three years went into this Triple Anniversary Ale. Special thanks to "Uncle Chuck" for hand rendering this label for me. I’m told that glass is appropriate for the third, so - by all means, use one. But remember, the key to a long lasting relationship is sharing, so find yourself a GOOD FRIEND and ... well, you know the rest by now. Thanks again for remembering, and enjoy the beer.
Cheers, Scott.

From 1L bottle. Super aroma, with yeasty bubblegum and coriander. Lightly spicy with some nice bitter floral hoppiness. Orange peel. This has the aroma of a truly styled Belgian tripel - wouldn’t be able to tell this was brewed in the US. Butterscotch amber hazy body with a thin off-white lacing head. Medium watery body, slightly thick, with medium carbonation. Goes down extremely easy. Starts with a perfect balance of sweet malt, honey, funky yeastiness, and light chalky coriander and bitter funk. Chalky bubblegum. This is a great tripel with authentic profile. Nice job, Scott.

Bottle from PUB’N. Turnid deep gold pour with multiple effervescent streams and a frothy, white head. The aroma is citric, floral, spicy, with some candi sugar and apricots. The palate is firm, lively, and well balanced, with flavors of apricot, candi sugary malt, floral spices, and hops. This one got better and better as I finished it, making me crave another. Another awesome brew from Scott Smith.

1L Bottle: Aroma of spices, nutmeg, herbs, grass, and yeast. Poured golden-orange in color with a large, rocky, fizzy, white head that shrank but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of medium-sized particles. Excellent lacing. Flavor is full of spices. Tastes of spices, nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and candi sugar. Medium body. Dry texture. Lively carbonation. Dry, spicy finish. Overall, better than I expected. Lots of nice spice.

Aroma of sweet candy sugar and malt. Appears a cloudy yellow. Tastes of sweet malts, and a bit more hops than i’m used to in a tripel. Pretty thick body. A bit different than classic tripels. but thats certainly not a bad thing.

Courtesy of Nate, shared with he and Naka. Pours golden/yellow with a small, rimming white head; slim and fizzy. Clear. Nose is of sweet malt and sour apple and pear. Taste is apple, sweet malt, pear, a touch of spice. Dryness at the end wit ha touch of bitterness. Nice tripel. Smooth and tasty.

Bottle, courtesy Seabass. Pours a very hazy mango color, with sheets of wet lacing, and a creamy white head. Nose is of dry fruit, crisp citrus and sugar. Some dry yeastiness. Flavor is nice dry fruit to start, citrus, some raspberry, some thick syrupyness. Easy to drink, dry, finishes well.

Shared w/ Nate and Juart, courtesy of Nate. Clear deep golden color and a thick foamy white head. Good lacing. Spicy yeast with coriander and a fruity sweetness, yet has some bitterness as well. Taste pretty similar to aroma, only sweetness is more like honey. I really like the touch of bitterness in this.

This beer pours a light off yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is orange and coriander. The flavor is coriander and pepper. The pepper really kicks in when this thing warms up! Cheers!
