Bottle from Oddbins London Bridge. Iíve just heard the phrase "my father would have killed for a rectum of a horse." which puts everything into context doesnít it? Dark brown beer with a lasting thick dark beige head. This is a very good best bitter. Brilliant malts, great peppery hop on the end. This is really good. A very good best bitter.

Looks and smells nice in the glass. There is also fresh and pleasant tiny bubbles. However the wood/root very present palate overcomes a lighter taste and shy flavors.
