COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Vores belgiske brown ale er brygget som et lidt lettere alternativ til de ellers så tunge mørke belgiske ales. Brygget på münchner og special b malt, hvilket giver en lidt tør øl imens at malt alligevel byder ind med god fylde og krop. Gæren er også med til at give en smule krydring og frugtighed til denne ale.

Unclear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, phenoel, medicine (gazebind). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090515]

CBF 2009: Medium amber colour and clear. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma has typical notes of belgian yeast, pepper. Licorice. Moderate sweet flavor, moderate bitter finish. Syrup texture, soft carbonation.

Sampled from tap. Dark-orange body, very cloudy. Decent off-white hue. Hoppy to the nose with roasted undertones. Spiced hoppy aroma, orange shells and plenty of sweet, dry malts in flavour. Discreet fruit bitterness to the ending. Likeable (CBF, 15.05.2009).
