COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Thanks Mayer ! Lot’s of hops in the aroma - some grapefruits - kind of. Dirty - kind of griddy nice hoppy taste- long lasting aftertaste- sticks to your tongues. Murky - dark color- not the most beautiful beer but definetly a good tasting one :)

Abgefüllt am 9. Februar 2009. Mindestens haltbar bis: 9. Februar 2009. Probierenswert! 6/11/12/12/11/13

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and over ripe fruits, leading to a bitter and hoppy finish.

Big hop nose. Murky dark brown color--odd for an IPA. Fat caramel body but full of a broad stinging hop bitterness across the entire mouth. Gritty dirty mouth feel. A little uncontrolled, really.

Bottle at home 25cl (batch 1050, alc. 8.4%). Murky red-brown color, steady good brown head, very fluffy. Aroma heavy malty (caramel) and hoppy (hay). Flavor havey sweet and bitter, long and yet smooth. Almost full body. Zeus hops not mentioned on the label. Why the Hell have they stopped brewing?

Quite a gusher. Poured unclear amber with a huge beige head. Aroma had loads of hops, pine and toasted malt. Plenty of hops in the flavour that had notes of pine, toasted malt and grapefruits. Finished bitter.

Bottled, thanks Timo A! Murky brown color, jumps out of the bottle, what a mess. Thick flowery-sweaty hop aroma with toffee and caramel. Bittersweet flavor with citrusy-grassy hops and toffee. There are also some notes of plastic and weird corky-woody flavor. Thick mouthfeel with some alcohol sharpness. I can drink this but for a DIPA this is clearly less than average. Unpleasantly grassy with some off notes.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy bitter citrus aroma with some spicy hints. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter flavor with hints of caramel and hints of citrus and grapefruit. Has a long sweetish malty bitter finish with a long bitter aftertaste.

Dark brown colored with red hints, huge yellow head. Rich aroma with peach and flowery tones, thin lemon and perfume also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is more hopped with flowers dominating too, aftertaste lasts with nicely bitter hops. No alcohol present, fine DIPA.

Bottled 25cl (tappet 9. Feb 2009, batch 1050, alc. 8.4%).
Murky red-brown color, steady good brown head. Good fresh hayish, a bit caramelly aroma. Licorice, vegetables, hops, honey. Smooth, sweetish. Bitter aftertaste.
