Bottle. High white creamy and lasting head leaving nice curtains. Hazy yellow body. Aroma of apple pear banana honey Flavor dominated by a dry bitterness and alcohol whereas the fruits above are more forming a background. Low carbonatin, long dry nutty like aftertaste.

Bottle. A hazy golden/orange beer with a big white head. The aroma is of yeast/fruit, citrus and spices, so is the taste, some sweetness. Medium body with a light bitter and sparkeling finish.

Bottle, courtesy of papsoe. It was a real pain in the ass to pour, as it insisted to come out in a very foamy condition. It would probably take a two litre glass to get it all in one glass. It’s a hazy, with yeast chunks, a nice orange color, and a mega-huge, foamy, collapsing white head. It’s fruity on the nose, with apple, some citrus and a dash of tropical fruits. A little spicy touch too. Quite warming in the mouth, very fizzy, with flavors of apple, citrus, spices and alcohol. Some notes of pale malt too, and quite sweet. Nice bitterness in the finish, where there’s also the flavors found initially. Quite nice, this one, but they really need to get control over the carbonation. (080528)
