355mL. Says porter on the label but in the description says German brown mild ale. Hmmm. The pour is a deep ruby with a healthy, beige to khaki head. Nice retention if a bit suddy. Nose is quite nice: fruit cake, ginger, cinnamon/nutmeg, mulled cider. Taste is watery, ashy, mildly tart, small bitterness. Tartness and ash really through it for a loop.

Medium malt with light hop bitterness and a dry finish. Medium-light body, light warmth and carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a opaque black color with a medium brown head. The aroma is light metal and toffe. The flavor is sweet nutty and metallic roasted malts. Lingering bitterness in the finish. Easygoing.
