COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - August 2006.
Ingredients:Pale, Wheat and Munich Malts, and Centennial and Ahtanum Hops.
"Pale amber in colour with an aroma of fruit, hops and lychees. The taste is full bodied and malty, then a balanced bitterness develops followed by a long, lasting intense hop flavour."

Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF 2006. A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit, but also notes of brew mash, leading to a nicely bitter end. The body is thin.

Cask Stillage at the E & S Brewery, Elland 12/08/2006 Hoppy and slightly spicy aromas. Golden coloured and hoppy with some spicy coriander flavour. Crisp and slightly bitter in the finish.
