Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, cardboard, vegetable, light moderate yeasty. Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw, and so is the flavor.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a fully gone head. Dry cornish and slight grassy aroma. Mild sweet malty with a light refreshing bitterness coming through into the finish. Medium dry finish.

Bottle at a Papsø tasting 09-Feb-2009 - Thanks to one of the guys. Clear golden - white head. Light sourness, white bread, egg, hay, cardboard, light oxidation, fruity, light light hoppy, thin, light sweetness. Boring.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2010 Bottle. It pours a clear, pale golden body under a small, white head. Pale malts, grains, grass and a fruity touch on the nose. Pale malts, sweetness, a good dash of fruityness and some grass in the flavor. Low on bitterness both initially and in the finish. Dry, medium body. Overall, sort of decent, nothing more. Bottle. A clear golden beer, medium sized white head on top. Decently hopped nose with pale malts. Sweetish flavor with pale malts, fruity and slightly oxidized. Medium to full body, and a decent bitterness in the finish. A touch of metal too. An uninteresting beer with a pleasant bitterness. 100104

Bottle. Goldenish colour with a fairly lasting white head. Aroma of grains and grassy hops. Flavour is rather thin, malty, grainy, bit hoppy, sweetish ending in a dry bitterish finish.

clear yellow, smooth white head. goes away fast but starts huge, and looks pretty all the way.
aroma is dry malty, but also sort of dry hoppy fruity, aroma is like a refreshing and good macro guldbajer.
flavor is sweet flowery, faint sweet malty, not very well balanced with too little bitter hops in the end.comes off as a pretty sweet beer, even though it is actually rather dry. too sweet.
