Looks good, dark brown, hazy. Has a light brown head, fully lasting. Roasted aroma, light notes of hops. Faint wet paper too. And yeast. Flavor starts sweet, then some cocoa. Bitter finish. Dry, creamy texture.

Bottle @ Århus / Randers newyears tasting at Hansen and Zita. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma of malt, light chocolate, fruity hops. Flavor is malts, chocolate, fruity hops, light pine. Medium body, lively carbonation. 281212

Bottle, 7.2%. very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, hop, chocolate and a little coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, hop, medium sweet, hop, medium bitter and a little pine.

Bottle @ Hansen/Zita tasting. Clear dark brown with a lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and moderate hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 281212

Bottle. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, hops, flowers, nuts and caramel. Nice dry finish.

Bottle from dagliBrugsen Gedved. Cloudy dark amber colour with a thin beige dissapearing head. Aroma and taste of caramel, sugars, anis and tea. A bit unbalanced mouthfeel and short sweet finish.
