COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Urpilsneren stammer fra Ebeltoft. Det ved enhver. Den skal være ædel, aromatisk og med en mærkbar snert af humle. En ægte gaardpilsner er forfriskende og stimulerende.

Bottle, 5.2%. Mildly citric aroma, rustic with a bready note. Cloudy dark golden colour. Small stable frothy chalk white head. The flavour starts off quite bitter, has some orange juice, quite floral, almost perfumy. The bitterness is a little astringent. Good mouthfeel. A bit past BB date, but holds up nicely.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of straw, malt and grain, with esteyr touches and faint notes of hops. Sweetish, grainy flavour with notes of malt and bitter, hoppy touches. Fruity hints. Bitter aftertaste with estery touches. Drinkable but more interesting than delicious.

Tapped full pint at source, Jernhatten cykeltur 08/2015. Fragrant grasses and haystack, herbal spice in aroma translates in a good Saaz-y bite (snert af humle) in taste, on a gristy malt base hinting at that typical Czech seedcake and sawdust grainy depth. Overal confidently herbal, only missing a little extra in mouthfeel to make it all come together. Still, another much appreciated, mostly on-style summer quencher from this relaxed brewpub apparently trying on all styles for high season.

The aroma is full of hops, flowers and a little hint of citrus. The color is light orange. The taste is full of hops, flowers, citrus and a little bit of honey. A decent beer!

330ml bottle, thanks to Skinnyviking for leaving a bottle behind after his visit to Tromsø. Bubbly, pearl white head to a bright golden coloured body. Lacing rings down the glass. Herbal hops and hints of pale malts on the nose. Grass and mid-sweet pale malty flavours. Short-lived bittersweet ending. Soft carbonated. Just alright (shared with Finn 11.02.2015).

Flaske 330ml. Gave fra Lars. Delt med Rune på Nerstranda 11 Feb 15. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Lavt skum. Aroma av søte plommer. Smaken er syrlig frukt - men et snev av parfyme. Blir litt tørr etter hvert.
