COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Urpilsneren stammer fra Ebeltoft. Det ved enhver. Den skal være ædel, aromatisk og med en mærkbar snert af humle. En ægte gaardpilsner er forfriskende og stimulerende.

(33 cl bottle from Piaf Silkeborg; BBD: August 20th 2013) Pours a clear, golden with medium, white head and ample carbonation. Decent retention and good lace. Good regeneration. Aroma is malty with notes of hay and bread and perhaps a hint of green fruit in there. Oily texture, medium to light body and a short, slightly bitter finish. Flavour has a subtle bitterness with more of the green fruit notes. Pleasant and surprisingly delicate in its expression.
