COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Vores håndbryggede juleøl er brygget på førsteklasses Pale Ale malt, karamel malt, lækker New Zealands og tysk humle og den herligste vand fra byens brønd. I år er den mildnet lidt på humlen, men er til gengæld tilsat yderligere tre særligt hemmelige krydderier. Der er ekstra af alt og ikke mindst mild kvindekærlighed og juleglæde.

Unclear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, licorice - anis, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, star anis. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120202]

Mild gusher. Pours lovely red chestnut with a small, fizzy, beige head. Aroma has candied apples, caramel, Belgian sugar, coriander and soft cinnamon. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is fairly dry, light roasted, chocolate, liqourice, vanilla and cinnamon. Some cocoa and hazelnuts as well. Rather bitter finish. Quite delicious and elegant.
