Muddy pale yellow with a very small, fizzy, white head. Disappears instantly. Aroma has slight sourish apples, bordering on rotting, yet some sweetness and apple peel redeems it a bit. Lowish carbonation, slight thin and watery. Flavour is rather nondestript, some oak is apparent at first, but the apples are too subdued in both sweetness and tartness. A bold and fair attempt, but just lacks the last bit of oomph.

Light unclear light to light medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard and wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100821]

Fruity aroma of apples, oak and vanilla.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is sweet apples, cinnamon and spices. Bitter spicy falvour with lots of apples. Bitter citric apples in the finish.

Bottle 63 cl. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a tiny white head. Tart appley aroma. Light body, very dry and tart apple accents. Not vinegary at all, just dry and quenching. A very authentic farmhouse cider. 210810

Bottled. A hazy pale yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples, wood, and a bit of vinegar. The flavor is acidic with notes of apples and a bit of vinegar. The body is light.

Small fizzy pale white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma of sweet fruity and light apple, mild citrus and light wood like feel. Over the palate came a taste like thin white wine. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and sour flavor in balance. Light dry and light sour apple and fruity finish.
