Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of phenol, caramel, and a bit of malt. The flavor is burnt with notes of vegetables, alcohol, phenol, and vitamins, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. Another Ebeltoft beer trying to escape both bottle and glass, pouring a clear, amber body under a finger-thick, dense beige head. Resiny nose with a little roasted caramel or bready note and a touch of milky sourness. Nice hoppy bitterness in the mouth, full-bodied and effervescent, but there’s also a sourness I could do without. The bitterness should be more intense, but going English style it’s ok. Malty sweetness balances the whole thing. Not a beer I would like to revisit, but still it’s a decent one. 100522
