Bottle at Vesterhavshytten. Hazy orangey with an off-white head, some lacings. Aroma medium malty (caramel) and hoppy (grassy). Flavor medium sweet and bitter, light spicy, a salty note. Medium body, low carbonated.

Bottle cafe gavlen. Perfect malt profil, which matches the High bitternes very very much! Filled with a lot of aromas from the amarican hops. My guess is Cascade! Wonderfull beer!!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Thanks Papsø: Medium sized fluffy off white head on top of a hazy orange amber colored beer. Smell hops, sour, yeast, citrus, grapefruit, cream and malts. Taste hops, bitters, grapefruit, malts, some floral yeast and some yeasty herbs... Aftertaste is bitter, floral, herbs and grassy hops. Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Pretty ok, not too deep but quite tasty and easy drinkable.

Bottle @ Aarhus food festival: Pours a golden clear colour with white dense head. Aromas are very very faint. almost none at all, but some hops. smells like an attic. The taste is hoppym but very stale. a dissapointing beer.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours a lightly unclear, golden body and a medium sized beige head. Fruity, slightly resiny nose with a malty sweetness underneath. The same maltyness is repeated in the flavor, serving as a backdrop for peachy fruitiness and a pleasant bitterness. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a nice carbonation level. A decent bitterness finishes the whole thing. It’s certainly not the most exiting IPA I’ve had, but it’s a decent, easy drinkable and quite pleasant beer. 120106

Cloudy amber with a small white head. Grainy malt aroma with a weak fruity note. Sweetish fruity flavour with a hint of orange peel. Medium bitter finish.

Bottle from Skjold Burne, Århus
Muddy amber color, with smal sized head. Aroma of clumsy but powerful hops, resins and fruits, some sweat, plus some Danish manure; as it often happens in these beers, the aroma is initially nice but develops badly. Good mouthfeel; the malt and caramel flavor is ok, not exciting, with some toffee, moderate sweetness, some yeast; it has a strong hopping, with a lot of piney resins and bitter orange. The final is strong and long, maybe with too much yeast, that adds a light astringency too.
Drinkable malt and hop soup, but rough brew.

Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma is malt, flower, grass and light citrus. Flavour is malt, flower, grass and light peach.

Bottle, 6.1%. Good grapefruity aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Small unstable white head. Good grapefruity hop flavour, nicely balanced by a little sweetness and bitterness. The mouthfeel is a bit fat, not in a bad wy, though.
