Golden with small white head. Aroma is light malts, spicey honey and a little apple. Taste is sweet with some nice bitterness from the honey (and - of course - the hops). Very refreshing. Light body, soft carb, Medium long finish with medium bitterness. This one made for Molskroen can only be bought at the restaurant is much better than Ebeltoft Gaardbryggeris own Golden Ale.
