COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. An unclear deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and spices. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit as well as medium notes of wood, cork, spices, and a bit of mold, leading to a dry moldy finish.

Amber colour and hazy. Off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is nice malty, faint caramel. Is it amber-malt in it, Peder?. Has some yeasty notes, faint chese. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate bitter finish. Dry creamy texture. A bit too much carbonation.

It’s unclar, orange-brown with a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, light nuts and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel, spicy fruit, citrus and the finish has a light bitterness. It’s quite refreshing.

Bottle, 63cl, courtesy of fonefan. A glowing orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. Slightly spiced nose with anise. Bread and some fruits as well. Toffee, some anise and fruity hints in the mouth. Medium body and a bready finish with anise and toffee. Sure drinkable but rather boring. 091024
