bartlebier (3250) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - AUG 14, 2015
Tapped full pints at source, Jernhatten cykeltur 08/2015. Might have been partly due to the idyllic setting and relaxed summery atmosphere, but this Wit to this Belgian was an ideal thirst-quencher after a less-than-ironic Danish hill cycle tour between Kattegat and pastures full of bulls. - light perfumy coriander and lime peel burst forth in damp doses on a lively carbonated palate. Rather low in wheaty creaminess, but nicely balanced on the spices - often overdone by Belgian breweries. Watery core, citrus forward, easygoing. Beats a Radler, says the Mrs.

JanLaursen (3227) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 11, 2011
Slightly cloudy golden beer with a big bubbly white head. Acidic fresh aroma with notes of citrus, grass, bread and wheat-dough. The taste is medium sweet, light hop-bitter and slightly sour. Light to medium body, oily texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, delicious and - thankfully - much more funky than most (of the otherwise boring or bland) beers from Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri.
