Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of nuts as well as medium notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, caramel, and metal, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing and Timo for bringing it to Denmark.

Bottle MHD 28.5.12, consumed on June 4th - let’s hope she hold up! Nutty caramel nose, taste is only semi-sweet, sticky and harsh, fruit with caramel, nuts; hot booze in the medium body ruins it a bit. Flavorful. Very dark brown body.
