Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, marzipan malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, biscuit, malty, light metalic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111031]

Bottle at Papsoe’s - Thanks. Clear golden - white head. Grainy, hay, straw, honey notes, sweetness, bread, light egg, grassy, light hoppy.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Sweet and malty aroma of hay and caramel. Malty flavour of hay, grass and hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. aroma of a sweetness, some herbs, light fruits. Flavour is quite fresh. Herbal, light sweet and a touch of flower. Medium bodied. ends on a light bitter note. Quite clean and refreshing.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and grain. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of metal, leading to dry finish.
