COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
“EBERS” Black or chocolate malt gives the porter it's dark brown color. Porters are well hopped and heavily malted. This is a medium-bodied beer. Porters can be sweet. Hoppiness can range from bitter to mild.

Appearance: dark brown color. Great body, persistent, consistent, some rocky and beige color. Aroma: strange spicy smells for a porter (out style) like herbs and ginger; too a earthy tones. However, some toast malty and hoppy smells. Flavor: definitively not a porter, dominated for a strange spicy taste like herbs, flowers, mold and ginger. The toasting malts goes on to background. Palate: medium body with earthy texture. Medium carbonation. Disappointing beer.

It seems I had finally a good bottle.... Pours a deep dark murky brown color. Head is huge, beige, beautiful and creamy. It diminishes slowly and leaves a beautiful film. Aroma is weird, being a mixture of malt with hoppy touches. The main smell is the toast and notes of coffee, chocolate, mokka and even some milk. The touches of hops give herbs, cannabis, dry grass and humid straw. Relatively solid but not impressive flavor. Dark coffee, chocolate, nice torrefaction. Some caramel underneath. The ending has a touch of hops. Wow. Lactic traces can be tasted too. Big body, creamy, smooth. Low carbonation. The finish is strong which changes the pace of softness a little. Very decent Porter. I hope Ebers gets better quality control.

Sweet aroma, which reminds wild berries. The only thing. little foams, without body. In the fund the flavor reminds something to the coffee. is astringent.
