33 cL bottle. Pours light orange with a white dense head. Aroma is light acidic/fruity and with a little spice note. Flavour is sweet malty, and yes like a cookie. Dense alcohol presence. Ends with a lingering fruity and cookie sweet flavour.

Dark yellow colored, lots of big pieces of yeast in glass. Huge white head. Strong spices in sweet aroma, mild alcohol with obvious hops here also. Not too much cookie in aroma. Medium bodied. Flavor has dominant cookie-tone with sweet fruits and orange. Aftertaste has thin alcohol with still this cookie getting stronger.

330ml bottle. Orange, lumpy bits, very lively. Aroma quite gingerbready, but not excessively gingery. Taste also gingerbready but not cartoony. Well balanced, but spicy and almost picante, not just gingery. Perhaps mellowed by the yeast. Leaves most of its good features in the finish.

Bottled (BB 10/2012)
This beer is very lively, most of it comes out of bottle in the form of white foam. Orange color, huge cloudy white head. Fruity peach aroma. Gingerbread flavor, beer is very sweet. Sugary aftertaste. Kind of Christmas beer.

Flaske.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish, spicy nose with a fruity touch. Medium body, very sweet and sugary with spicy, cardamom notes of "Speculaas" cookies. No bitterness. Too much on the sweet side but quite interesting indeed. 281107
