33cl bottle. Hazy and orange/yellow liquid. It has a white small to medium head. Nose : it has honey and caramel malt aroma , tart and some flower notes. Quite spicy. Sip : Low carbonation. Really sweet with overwhelming tart taste. I must say that this beer has a genuine speculous (ginger bread) taste and it’s exactly what it says. Although bueeeerk ! Even though it’s a great product , it’s also a very strange beer. Good discovery , last time I drink it .

Bottle from beerplanet.eu web shop.Hhazy light brown color wit huge white head. Speculoos in aroma. Speculoos in taste. I feel, as I drink speculoos cakes. No way, no my beer, sorry, no beer at all.

Hazy orange color with a average size white head. Strangely sweet beer with a smell of ketchup.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a cloudy dark yellow colour with a small size head and insane carbonation. Sweet aroma, as a regular eater of speculoos I can clearly distinct it there too. Taste is also very very sweet, outright speculoos there, not much more.

Cloudy lemon yellow in the glass. Spicy Xmas aroma. Flavor was like a spicy holiday witbier. Overall, I get what the brewer was trying to do but it falls a bit short. Good concept though...

33cl bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a dissipating white head. Smells of citrus and spices. Tastes very reminiscent of a cinnamon cookie, with a hint of ginger. Exceedingly sweet, and not particularly well-balanced, but very interesting despite.

Golden colour with flakes. There is some ginger cookie taste but it doesn’t disturb. Quite ok.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2013 bottle@Bier Central: appearance is hazy amber/orange with a white head, smell is speculoos & caramel malts, taste is sweet, caramel malts & sugar upfront with a definite hop note overwhelming them, aftertaste is ginger, lots of cinnamon, nutmeg & yep I am getting speculoos here, especially in the finish of the aftertaste this really tastes like speculoos, could have done without the first part, the hop really makes no sense to me /// sampled this one again, apparently brewed to a new recipe now but I assume that it is just extracts, not that bad actually, I am definitely picking up speculaas spices & the cookie itself here now, the base beer is negligible, does the trick

Slightly cloudy orange-golden colour with a small head. Aroma is of citrus, ginger and cookie with a hint of cinnamon. Flavour is fairly sweet with no bitterness and definitely reminiscent of speculoos cookies, but it seems a bit heavy on the ginger and cinnamon and this makes it seem somewhat contrived and confusing to the palate.
