Ma cosa sono tutti sti voti bassi... ma siete PAZZI????? matti matti come dei cavallatti eheheheoeheehu. Siete mattacchioni che pazzettoni pezzettoni di pomodoro nel RAGOUT alla bolognese del nonno che abita a Gignese. Sta birra è una figata allucinante: se uno non fa caso che sembra che il biscotto ce l’abbiano sbriciolato dentro da quanto sedimento di lievito c’è... infatti ho abbassato l’appearance per quello sebbene io certo non mi faccia scoraggiare da un po’ di galleggianti. Spettacolare, dolcissima ma spettacolare; peccato che ora devo stare un mese in casa a studiare Archeologia... mah ogni tanto a votare una birra tornerò.

Bottle at ZBF. An orange sweet brew with a balanced cookie flavor. This beer must be a new standard of cookie beers.

Dobre i wyraznie czuc aromat ciasteczek korzennych. W smaku lekko slodkie i korzenne, cynamonowy posmak. Ciekawie to wyglada, drobinki jakby ciastek fruwaly w piwie. Piernikowo-biszkoptowe piwo. W sam raz jako dodatek do deserow. Paniom pewnie zasmakuje.

Golden light amber with a medium head. Aromas of fresh yeast and many spices, cloves, cinnamon, santal wood, musk, ginger and spice cake. Very unique aromas. Flavors are much like its aromas with added candy sugar without the musk. Well balanced and its sweetness is nice as well but lacking in the bitter department. Overall, very impressive.

Hazy blond color. Sweetish aroma, with a clear cinnamon footprint. Very sweet, round, correct bitterness, strong cinnamon. Funny, unprofessional, enjoyable.

Spiced cinamon aroma. Pale gold in color with nice white head. Grahm cracker and speculoos tasting...exactly as the name suggests. An interesting beer.

If you love Bastogne cookies, you’ll love this beer too! It’s amber with a nice and lasting head. The aroma has clear notes of Bastogne cookies and cinnamon. The flavour is quite sweet and the Bastogne cookies are so dominant, that it’s like drinking them :) I liked this one, and it gets extra points for fantasy and fun.

Smells and tastes EXACTLY like a speculoos cookie... which can’t be anything but a good thing. Nice head and lacing. Ginger, cinnamon, caramel, nutmeg and orange in the flavour, and all in abundance. Cloudy, lovely amber colour. Thick, puffy head. Nice one all round!

Bottle at horsens ølfestival. Dark golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, ginger. Flavour is alcohol, fruit, malt, cookie, ginger.
