Orange and murky, has a white head, medium duration. Aroma of malty and yeast, meaty too. A bit unpleasent. Flavor reveals lots of good notes, red berries, fruit, yeast, moderate bitter finish. Creamy texture, and lively carbonation.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color, topped by a medium sized off-white head. And it gushed a lot as well. Fruity, oranges and tropical fruits, aroma with hints of yeast, white sugar and some alcohol. Yeasty and fruity flavor, sugary sweetness, and a decent bitterness. Medium body, lightly warming, and with a too high level of carbonation, which I for once like. A quite decent beer, but I don’t like gushing. 110610

Bottle. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Good lacing. Aroma is yeast, yeast, yeast. Slightly tart and with hops in the background. Flavour is yeast with an alcohol burn. Too much carbonation. Overall not bad, but way too much yeast for my liking, and too one-dimensional. 05.11.11.

18/02/2011 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 04/10/12 (2011-59)

Turned out a pretty nasty gusher! Half of the bottle was spilled on the table. A surprise X-mas present from Ecaussinnes. :p Anyway, cloudy orange to amber beer, big white creamy head, diminishes quickly. Adhesive with nice lacing. Aroma: very fruity, citrus, yeast, ripe fruits, alcohol. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: alcohol sweetness, savoury hops, grassy, citric, herbal. Aftertaste: nice hops with a citrus touch.
