Billowing, yeasty, slightly tart and oozing with apricot/gooseberry fruit. Completely unchristmassy, which is just as well because it is (was) July.

Jun 28, 2008 Bottle. The Criterion, Leicester. Golden orange with yeast floaties and a white head. Aromas are citrus and yeast with banana, spices and alcohol. Flavours are caramel malts with clean, fresh yeast and citrus. Spritzy, herbal and warming.

yeasts. Rounded slightly sweet malt well complemented by the yeast
flavours and light tartness. Unexceptional but quite drinkable.

Mar 18, 2008 ZBF08. Spicy aroma. Some wheaty, creamy malt notes. Flavour has creamy malt. Smooth and nice. Cloudy orange colour. Plenty of floaties.
