UPDATED: JUL 6, 2012 New brewery, picked up a growler of this IPA. Have to cut these guys some slack as they just opened.... A moderately hopped beer, extremely drinkable with a bitter aftertaste. Compared to the more established local breweries, this is tame. Compared to the mass market, this is great. Welcome to the neighborhood Echo!
