Muddy golden color. Light aroma, but reasonable body structure, some residual sweetness; some banana, aromatic hop and caramel. More bitter than the average Hefeweizen.

Bottled 0,50L. Voluminous and abundant head of good duration. Blond golden color with light orange glares, discreet and light fizz. Much "young" and coolness with clear notes of yeast, dampen straw, grains and cereals. Sour and mostly acidulous taste with rumors of lemon, clear mildews, yeast and stum.

Darught at the brewpub: Cloudt appearance. Banana and wheat. Fortunately not too much. Slightly thin wheat beer with a significant amount of hops.
