COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pale ale has been handcrafted in the tradition of the finest British pale ales. The warm fermentation and extra hops create a fruity fragrance and taste. The addition of both crystal and pale malts gives this beer a full and flavorsome taste. The hops balance this with a lingering finish.

Tap at brewpub. Cloudy brownish amber with a well-retained off-white head. Aroma of caramel, pears, peach, flowers, some nuts. Light-bodied, but not watery. Tastes much like it smells - barely sweet, slightly fruity, balancing bitterness. Good session ale.

330ml bottle. Hazy orange colour like a cloudy sunset. Layer of dirty white foam that settles and quickly disappears with a hiss and snap. Pineapple in the aroma, sweet and pleasing. The flavour is okay and livens up the mouth. A good session beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 19/5/2011. Pours a cloudy apricot with a small head. Has a slight fruity yeasty aroma.The flavour is mainly fruity (peach and orange), with some bready malt, finished off by a reasonably sharp hop bitterness. A serviceable English pale, if somewhat unremarkable.
