3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bottled on 12/09/13 - I havenít been very excited about anything Iíve tasted from Ecliptic so far so Iím hoping this bottle would change that. Like most of Ecliptic beers Filament drinks really malty and sweet with spicy bitter hops in the finish. This beer was bottled two days ago! The fresh aroma and flavors of honeycrisp apples, rosemary, pepper, and deep citrus are pleasant. Filament is a well made IPA but in a flooded market of hoppy beers I would not buy this again.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
22 oz bottle. Aroma: malty and citrusy, with hints of graham cracker. Taste/Palate: sweet and crisp; finish is long and bitter. Slightly on the bitter side of a perfect hop/malt balance, but still a glorious beer!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at home continuing Oregon themed memorial day. Pours golden amber with fine beige head. Nose is light hops and caramel. Tastes of light piney hops, caramel, earthy bitterness, tea, some pepperiness, light honey sweetness. Standard yet solid enough IPA not sure all that wintery itís 80 degrees out and this is plenty enjoyable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle:   Looks good, smells like a moderately hopped example.   Clean bitter start, smooth, soft pith and a touch of citrus peel on the back.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Moderate to strong hop bitterness on the backside.   Almost could use a touch more sweetness and malt strength to balance it out.   As is, would be a hop lovers dream despite it smelling a bit average, it packs a hoppy punch.   Decent offering, fairly solid.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
22 oz bomber bough from "Lifesource" in Salem OR
Pours a clear dark orange with a very large bubbly yet thick and creamy head.
Rich and malty noce, bready, honeyish but also hops put in a good appearance citric.slight resin.
Flavour is decidely on the malt side and is pretty sweet almost too candy sugar sweet for my liking...Sweet toffee..a little hop in the end..not really my thing.
Moutheel is OK..the best thing is the hops show up after the beer goes down the gullet.
Not impressed..its not bad but not something i would look out again.
