Bottle. Clear pale golden with a bit of white foam. Aroma of pears and sulphur. Sweetish pear flavor with some apple hints, a sourish note and light sulphury/minerally hint. Light-bodied. Not a great Perry, but drinkable and quite refreshing

Clear light to light medium yellow colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate pear, vanilla, wood notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pear, vanilla, rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft and fizzy. [20120414]

Light yellow and almost clear. White head, fully diminishing. Aroma of odd pear and saw-dust. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, nice pear flavor. Dry, creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is pear and fruit. Flavour is pear, high carbonation, medium sweet, sugar and little citric.

Bottle. Dark yellow colour. Moderate perry aroma and flavor. Moderate sweet. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. No head. Color is close to water. Aroma and taste are nice perries, fruits and juice. Medium carbonation.

Champagne closure bottle, clear yellow colour, very strong carbonation, aroma of pears and some tropical fruits, flavour of pears and apples with a medium and empathic lemony sourness and not too sweet. Not too complex but great fun and immensley drinkable.
