Draught. Pours clear yellow with a small, fizzy white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, cereal, meal), light hop (grass), heavy yeast (sweat, musty) with notes of pear and paper. Light bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness.

Draft @ taproom. Is super pale like cheap gold. Sweet fruity aroma apricot? Light bodied, healthy pale malt. The fruit acidity adds nice character. Very thin but clean and refreshing.

tap at brewpub-pours slightly cloudy yellow with a small soapy head. slightly darker than a macro brew-nose of grains, fresh grass. flavors of clean pils malt and some bitter noble hops. decent brew here long grassy bitter finish with a hint of sulfur. pretty nice!

Draft at the Restaurant and Brewery. Tasted 7/20/09. Pours a thin white head, over a clear, pale yellow (SRM 5) body.....nose is very light malt, very light hops.....taste initially of light malts with lingering light hop bitterness...mouth feel is light. An uncomplicated light lager, best enjoyed on a hot day.
