COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheter you’ve been bustin your hump on the mountain, or just around the house, you deserve a beer that will induce relaxation with the first sip. We brewed this beer in the style of a Traditional Vienna lager, because after thousands of years of brewing, we feel the Germans got it right. A fine malty lager, with an amber color that lets your tongue know its in for something special. The aroma, a blend of caramalts and German hops leads you to your first sip, smooth, subtle caramel that finishes with a hint of chocolate. Wheter your a connoseur or just looking for a damn good beer, this is the one for you. ABV: 5.5% IBU: 40 Hops: Hallertau and Czech Saaz Malts: 2-row, Vienna, CaraMalt 30 L and Choclate

Tap at the pub. Dark amber brown with a thin, off-white head. Aroma is weak and undistinct. Malty with loads of caramel malt and strong hints of chocolate malt as well. Tiny hop bitterness in the finish.

Amber-brown colour. Toasty-chocolate aroma is almost porterish. Toasty, slightly nutty character. Well-made. Light hop bitterness is in balance.

Draft @ brewpub. Dark brown and reddish tint, more the color of a Scottish than a Vienna. Good lace. Caramel malt aroma. Huge malt character throughout is too sweet, the Munich malts especially. Pretty good as far as satisfying the malt taste, generally ok, just a bit flabby.
