1pt can poured into a Shaker at 39°. Color is yellow with a slight haze and good carbonation giving it a small rocky head. Aroma is a bold citrus and pine scent. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is strong pine sap and grapefruit rind backed by a hint of malt. After taste is grapefruit zest and bitterness. Overall this is a fair Pale Ale, it comes across a little one sided with the citrus dominating but its still drinkable.

16 oz can purchased at Clear Creek Discount Liquors in Idaho Springs, Colorado. The pour is slight haze golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is grassy, tropical fruit citrus and a toasted cereal malt below that. Hope forward and fresh. The taste is the nose, with the hop present right away as bright grassy citrus, then moving in nice balance with the cereal malt backbone. The palate is light bodied with spritzy active carbonation and a dry lightly bitter finish. Easy drinking and refreshing.

Great summer rafting beer. Also great on those hot afternoons working in the woodshop. A hop forward style pale ale, crisp and refreshing.

Pour on tap at Oskar Blues HMLS, clear yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grass, herbs, grain, hits of slight flowers, touch of biscuit, honey, slight lemongrass as well. Taste is a mix of grass, biscuit, some spice, yeast, hints of herbal notes into some bread, slight honey, finishing fairly bitter, dry. Eh.

500ml can courtesy of Elise. Unfiltered hazy orange-tan body. Fast rising carbonation bubbles meet a massive soapy off-white head. A really solid APA. Classic in its biscuity malt. Easy going, bridging the gap between US and UK. The hops are nice, but don’t really have much depth beside some rindy bitterness. Pretty well done Pale Ale.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2013 16 oz can from the Liquor Kabinet. Light orange and pretty clear with a decent white head. Aroma and flavor of cereal, toasted malts, bitter hops, citrus fruits and light pine. Medium body with medium bitterness and light sweetness. Pretty drinkable with a lightly bitter and lingering finish.

Can. Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (lemon/grapefruit, flowers), with notes of hair spray, decaying/souring celery juice, rubber. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, very unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Exceptionally dirty and chemical-laden, absolutely wretched and undrinkable. It perplexes me that stuff like this, which is so obviously tainted, is considered ok to sell.
