500mL bottle: Cloudy orange-amber body with nice effervescence and a fluffy white head. Mild, grassy aroma with alcohol presence. Light bitterness, citrus and hops with a crisp dry finish. Good wheat beer.

Jul 26, 2008 Cask at bar Becolth in Boxtel (NL). A hazy light yellow colored beer, with a foamy white head. The aroma is fruity, a little banana and some malt. The taste is dry, fresh sparkling, fruity banana. Almost no aftertaste. It’s a German hefeweizen, but not one of the better ones.

Jul 21, 2008 Tap at restaurant near the top of Patcherkopfel, Innsbruck. It was simply amazing to enjoy this excellent hefeweizen after having hiked to the top of Patcherkopfel. It is very fresh with a perfect combination of sweet banana + clove and a salty bitter finish. It’s much drier than the typical German Hefeweizen which to me makes it much more interesting.
