Flaske: Mørk orange uklar øl med et kæmpe skumhoved. Duften er let banan, klassisk hefe. Smagen er banan med et prikkende anstød af karbonering. Edelweiss laver solide hefe weissbier.

Pours a hazy yellow with a substantial fluffy white head and lots of lacing. Aroma includes bread, lemon, grass, and banana. Medium body and average carbonation. Taste is on the sour side with a sweeter finish. A decent Weissbier but nothing great.

bottle at Novotel Charles de Gaulle airport . Hazy pale straw yellow with nice tight white head . yeasty wheaty spicy orangey aroma . medium carbonation .Fruity spicy lemony taste with a kind of perfumy aftertaste that I can’t describe . More fruity than most weiss beers but quite decent over lunch

Bottled, 0.5l. Pours hazy yellow colour. Wheat and yeast aroma with notes of lemon and banana. Bready sourness is combined with malty sweetness. Medium bodied, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Fairly drinkable, but expected a bit more...

50cl draught at Speedy’s in Golling. Typical hefeweizen if a little drier than most with a plain biscuit flavour. Enjoyable.

Backlog from June 23. Bottle. Huge, huge, huuuuge yeast component, dusty with grain and low phenolics. Pours cloudy golden with an off-white head. More bubblegum and crisper carbonation in the mouth, yeast backed off. Clean, lightly metallic, fullish body. OK.

500ml Bottle. Appearance is hazy orange color with medium, foamy tan head. Aroma is mild with sweetness of fruits, spice, and wheat. Taste is fruity especially banana with a well-balanced sweetness and clove giving it a taste of cookies. Wheat and a very subtle bitterness are also present. Palate is medium-bodied, very smooth texture, average carbonation, and a mild sweet finish. Definitely a high-class Weizen that can bat with the big boys in Bavaria.
