UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 330ml bottle served in its own Weizen style glass. A: Pours a cloudy yellow color forming a big and creamy white head. Good retention and some thin and lingering lacings in the glass S: Very spice and herby in the nose. Strong notes of coriander, orange zest, sweet pale grains, wheat and flowery hops. Fruity and but at the same time, bready T: Sweet upfront. Very spice taste as expected by the smell. Notes of oranges, pale malts and wheat. Very light bitterness. Quite close to a Witbier M: Light body. Medium carbonation and a slightly sweet and spicy aftertaste O: Excellent drinkability. Great Weissbier/Witbier ;) [ BA Review @ 6/21/2014 ]

On tap, 500ml. Pours hazy light-yellow, with a small white head. Scent is very mild. Mouth feel is slightly watery and quite light, yet thick and full. Carbonation is flat. Taste is slightly sweet, but not overly so, no bitterness or sweetness to be found. Flavors of ripe banana, very floral, some vanilla, light spices and some tropical fruits. Very estery, slightly phenolic, with feelable alcohol flavors. Good, light and refreshing beer. Very easy to drink and not very complex, but has a lot of flavor and the lack of bitter-sour tastes makes it go faster then water. Pretty good and quite good example of the fruit flavors that can develop in a good hefe.

Bottle 0.33. Big white head. Hazy. In aroma banana, yeast. I have feel also that here are also some corriander notes, maybe from temp of yeast fermentation or type of yeast. In flavor again bannana. Full body. Nice beer

Cloudy pale yellow color, minimal white head. Huuuuge bubblegum aroma, heavily sweet. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad, but I prefer banana over bubblegum.

Old rating rerated 21.07.2014, 0,33l bottle @ holiday house in Ebeltoft:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, banana bubblegum, peach, yeast, hay, grass, sugar. Taste is slightly harsh yeasty, hay, yeast, banana, cereal, dough, citrus, spices. Little bitterness, slightly harsh and watery mouthfeel. Fair enough, nice ice cold in the sun.

Wow. I had no idea what to expect, but this is quite good. 33cl bottle, pours a nice frothy golden color, off-white head with significant lacing. Aroma is strong and fruity, with some banana and yeast notes. Flavor is fruit up front, raspberry, melon (yes, it’s weird to say) with a sweet malty back end. Not as spicy as a lot of weissbiers, but that’s fine by me. It’s more sweet and fruity. Very drinkable, goes down easy. Highly recommended.
